Customer is an important aspect of every business field in the world. One criteria to measure the product successfully lunch and accepted by market or a manufacturers achieve their profit goal from selling product and get high brand image rate is because of customer.

Company always think how to create innovated product according to customer needs, customer insight and coupled by price consideration. Then, after the product lunch into the market, they will have to be focus to serve the customer well such as provide the customer service center, well listening and respectfully respond to the customer complaints and built relationship & trust with them.
